The Heffingen Therapy Centre is located in a modern, ground-floor, wheelchair-accessible practice that offers you convenient and barrier-free access. On 60 square metres, you will find two well-equipped treatment rooms where you can concentrate on your treatment in a pleasant and quiet atmosphere.
My name is Michel Pickel and I am a physiotherapist and osteopath. I studied physiotherapy in Nuremberg and Utrecht (Bachelor of Science) and have been working as a physiotherapist since 2015 - first in Nuremberg and now, since 2018, in Luxembourg.
My osteopathic training was part-time. After my training at the Institute for Applied Osteopathy (IFAO), I successfully completed my Master's degree in Osteopathy at the University of Applied Sciences Idstein in 2024.
My treatments are individually tailored to your symptoms and goals. Depending on your needs, I may use a physiotherapeutic or osteopathic approach - always with the aim of using the right form of therapy for you and achieving lasting improvements.

Sports and movement have inspired me since childhood, so it quickly became clear that a life without physical activity was no option for me. That’s why I decided to turn my hobby into a profession and became a physiotherapist.
I successfully completed my state examination in December 2022 and subsequently pursued further training in manual lymphatic drainage, pelvic floor training, and CMD (craniomandibular dysfunction).
Since May 2026, I have been working at Therapiezenter Hiefenech and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help and educate my patients, motivate them, and show them that movement can be enjoyable – even in a short amount of time ;)
Being able to move freely is one of the most wonderful things life has to offer, and that is exactly what I want to pass on to others.
